22 Feb Wategos

Wategos a place of sheer beauty – luxury and turquoise waters shadowed by tropical carpeted cliffs and Byron’s iconic lighthouse.

Wategos is a short walk over the cliffs from ‘The Pass’, an idyllic surf break to say the least. Waves can easily break for more than 500m, with breath-taking views of Mt Warning, Julian rocks and the Lighthouse; a popular starting point for the stunning lighthouse trail.

Keen surfers will no doubt want to explore the many other local breaks including Tallows, Broken Head, Main Beach, The Wreck and the legendary Lennox Point.
