22 Feb Whale Watching

In between sipping coffee, surfing the local breaks and nurturing a cocktail or three, you may be intrigued by one of the world’s most impressive animal migrations known to man.

Each year Humpback Whales migrate past the cape of Byron. Breaching and tail slapping Whales are closely followed by their groupies, schools of fish, dolphins and turtles.

Whether you take a boat trip out, hire a kayak or simply stare in awe from the lighthouse walk, the Marine life of Byron is well known for putting on a show!
