By making a booking at Bask & Stow, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

Check-in is from 2pm, and check-out is by 10am. An additional fee may be charged if you do not check out by 10am. When available, early check-ins from 10am and late check-outs until 2pm are offered at 50% of the nightly tariff.

RATES AND BOOKINGS

Rates are quoted in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST where applicable, and are subject to change. Any rate given is an estimate only. Written confirmation and payment are required to secure the booking.

PAYMENT

Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise. We accept Direct Deposit as well as Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. A 2% credit card fee applies.

CANCELLATIONS

As a small, family-run business, cancellations affect us greatly. A 50% refund will be offered for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date or thereafter will be charged the full tariff. Written notification is required for all cancellations.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We advise you to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
We recommend that the policy include, but not be limited to, coverage for cancellation or delay of travel, illness, injury, medical expenses, as well as loss of or damage to personal belongings.

SECURITY DEPOSIT, LOSS and DAMAGES

Each booking requires a refundable security deposit or credit card authorisation equivalent to one night’s tariff. At management’s discretion, any loss, damage, excess cleaning, or other incurred expenses will be charged. Guests are expected to respect the property and report any issues immediately.

KEYS AND LOCKOUTS

Loss of keys will incur a charge of $80. After-hours lockouts will incur a call-out fee of $100.

GUESTS

Bask & Stow is exclusively for our registered guests. No visitors are allowed unless arranged in advance. Strictly no parties or schoolies.

CHILDREN

Infants up to 24 months are welcome in our Suites. The House at Bask & Stow welcomes children of all ages.

PETS

No pets are allowed unless prior approval is obtained from management.

NOISE

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm to respect our neighbours and other guests. Excessive noise will result in eviction without refund.

SMOKING AND VAPING

Bask & Stow is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. This includes all outdoor areas. Any violation will incur a $500 fee.

POOL

Pool hours are 7am–8pm. Strictly no glassware in the pool area. All guests use the pool at their own risk. Infants and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Bask & Stow takes no responsibility for accidents or injuries.

INTERNET

We offer free high-performance Wi-Fi. However, the connection is not guaranteed and may be disrupted without notice.

PARKING

Limited off-street parking is available for guests. Parking spaces cannot be reserved.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings or their vehicles parked on the premises.

PHOTOSHOOTS

The property is available for photoshoots by prior arrangement only.

LIABILITIES

You acknowledge that we do not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, additional expenses, or disruptions caused by electrical storms or other acts of God. These events are beyond our control, and no claims will be accepted in relation to them.
